The purpose of this project is to organize the production of metal structures for a wide range of purposes in the territory of "Angren" FEZ, by acquiring a land plot, building a modern high-tech plant, equipping it with modern equipment, and selling a wide range of metal structures both in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and in neighboring countries. For the implementation of the project "from scratch" it is necessary to obtain a land plot and implement:

• project works,
• building and assembly works,
• acquisition of imported process equipment certified in accordance with the international standards DIN EN ISO 9001 and ecological safety ISO-14000,
• connection to the networks of the city (electricity, water supply and sewage, and gas supply lines)
• personnel recruitment from resident population

On February 7, within the framework of Uzbek-Turkish Business Forum held in Istanbul, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Directorate of Angren FEZ and the director of DAL Teknik Makina Tigaret ve Sanayi A.S., Mr. Cevdet Dal, was signed on the project of the organization on the territory of Angren FEZ steel structures for industrial use. In the course of the talks, an agreement was reached on efforts on both sides to facilitate the organization of production of industrial and civil steel structures, power lines, solar panels, wind turbines, tower and bridge cranes, tanks, etc., with a capacity of 1000 tons/month.

In order to effectively implement the project, the following activities have been held:
1. Marketing research of the market for the sale of goods planned for implementation, which also includes the study and determination of the range of products offered by consumer segments;
2. Construction work was performed on the selected plot of land;
3. Carrying out of discussions, signing of contracts or other documents confirming the guarantee of work (deliveries of raw materials, placement of orders);
4. Organizational arrangements were made to equip the main production and auxiliary production facilities with equipment, machinery, equipment, etc.;
5. Organizational measures were taken to attract and train the staff;
6. The project has been implemented and it is working.
